The NBA announced the 2013-14 All-NBA teams on Wednesday and for some players it meant a boost in their salaries. Two players who are known to have benefited from the honors, which triggered bonuses in their contracts, are Indiana's Paul George (third team) and Chicago's Joakim Noah (first team).
