In his two-plus seasons with the Los Angeles Lakers, Jordan Hill has battled injuries and constant changes to the depth chart, but he's also established himself as one of the game's best specialists on the offensive glass.

He ranked fourth in the NBA in offensive rebound rate last season, and his 14.3 ORR ranks No. 4 again this season, trailing only Anderson Varejao, Reggie Evans and Arnett Moultrie. But for all the progress he's made carving out a role in the league, he's also done so while playing limited minutes, mostly off the bench.

When Hill becomes an unrestricted free agent this summer, you can expect him to seek a team willing to offer not only a pay raise but also a more prominent spot in the rotation.
