Hornacek's Coach of the Year chances

Phoenix may have blown a late lead on Sunday night and lost to the surging Houston Rockets, but even still the Suns enter the week at 33-22 and would be the No. 7 seed in the playoffs if the season ended today.
Remarkable considering how low the expectations were for this team under first-year head coach Jeff Hornacek during the start of the season. And even moreso considering that they've continued to win and play excellent defense with little help from 2013 lottery pick Alex Len and without Eric Bledsoe for the past two months.
When you talk Coach of the Year candidates, names like Terry Stotts and Frank Vogel, Scott Brooks and Gregg Popovich are sure to come up, but if the Suns keep this up there may be no beating Hornacek.
