It's still very early in the season, but as Ohm Youngmisuk of ESPNNewYork.com pointed out earlier this week, it's getting late early for the Brooklyn Nets. The Nets roster of all-stars and future Hall of Famers looks worn down, slow and old, and at 3-8 they need things to turn around fast.
Of all the offseason moves the Nets made -- from acquiring Kevin Garnett and Paul Pierce, to signing Andrei Kirilenko, to naming Jason Kidd as head coach -- the best one may have come on draft day when they snagged Mason Plumlee with the No. 22 pick.
