Williams' future with Wolves

The Minnesota Timberwolves and most of the NBA will open training camps in less than four weeks. During that time and through the preseason some players signed to rookie-scale contracts will be under pressure to prove that 2014-15 team options should be picked up and extensions should be offered, too. One player who falls in this category is forward Derrick Williams. The Wolves will owe Williams $6.33 million in 2014-15 if they exercise their team option and right now owner Glen Taylor admits he's not sure what's going to happen.
