ESPN.com's Chad Ford has spoken to team executives and scouts throughout the NBA and he has complied a list of high profile players who could potentially be traded by the Feb. 21 deadline. The top three likely to be dealt are Josh Smith [Atlanta], Rudy Gay [Memphis] and Al Jefferson [Utah].
