Livingston deal hard-caps Warriors

The Golden State Warriors needed to upgrade the backup point guard position this offseason and they completed that goal on Tuesday when they agreed to terms with Shaun Livingston. The contract starts at $5.3 million via the Non Taxpayer mid-level exception and the total could be worth $16 million over three years, according to several reports including ESPN.com's Marc Stein.
