The topic of resting starters became all the rage on Wednesday when Indiana coach Frank Vogel sat his starting five in a matchup against the league-worst Milwaukee Bucks.
This is nothing new in the weeks leading up to the NBA playoffs, and every coach feels differently about how much he should push his team -- particularly if a playoff spot and seeding is already wrapped up.
