When Charlotte inked Al Jefferson to a three-year, $41 million deal on the Fourth of July last summer, the Bobcats received their fair share of criticism for doling out that much for a "below-the-rim" big man regarded as a "non-defender."
Fast-forward to today, though, and it's hard to imagine where Charlotte might be without the interior scoring of the 29-year-old veteran. Even with the addition of Jefferson, the Bobcats' offensive efficiency still ranks all the way down at No. 25 in the league.
