January, 13, 2014

Colorado coach Tad Boyle didn't just lose a game Sunday when the Buffaloes fell to Washington, he also lost his best player.

Spencer Dinwiddie, an affable combo guard with great length and scoring ability, was helped off the court in the first half against the Huskies after suffering a left knee injury. The MRI on Monday revealed what everybody most feared: Dinwiddie has a torn left ACL, and will undergo surgery Tuesday, per ESPN's Jeff Goodman.
