Dodgers on rehab
By Jason A. Churchill
Los Angeles Dodgers right-hander Chad Billingsley is started Thursday at Class-A Rancho Cucamonga and went four innings, producing uneven results. The important part, however, is that he appears to have come out of the start healthy and is likely make his big-league debut next Wednesday, reports MLB.com.
The Dodgers' California League affiliate will display another major leaguer on rehab Friday -- left-hander Ted Lilly -- who could potentially take the start if he's ready and Billingsley isn't. Southpaw Chris Capuano and righty Aaron Harang, however, may be more likely to go in Billingsley's spot. Both are healthy and neither has made an appearance in relief yet.
