Ubaldo Jimenez's marvelous second-half of the season continued Tuesday with another solid effort in a critical game against the Chicago White Sox. Jimenez didn't factor into the decision, but allowed 2 ER in 5 2/3 innnings, striking out out 7 White Sox along the way. To Cleveland Indians fans, that's nothing new. In fact, it's something they've come to expect; in 12 starts since the All-Star break, Jimenez has gone at least 5 2/3 innings 11 times, struck out 7 or more seven times and sported a 1.86 ERA along the way.
So why then does the ESPN.com's Jim Bowden rank the Indians right-hander near the bottom of the list of aces on American League postseason contenders?
