Morneau's rough September track record

Pittsburgh Pirates fans have to like what they've seen out of Justin Morneau in his first three games since coming over from Minnesota. The former American League MVP and big left-handed bat is 4-for-9 in the early going with his new team.

But before anyone gets too excited -- it's only three games, after all -- ESPN's Tristan H. Cockcroft points out that September has traditionally been a tough month for the 32-year-old first baseman.
