Soriano's slow start

With the New York Yankees having landed Vernon Wells to help with their outfield problem and the veteran showing signs of life early, it may seem as if Alfonso Soriano has few, if any, suitors and that he may stay in Chicago for the duration. Like the Los Angeles Angels, however, the Cubs have reportedly told interested parties that they're willing to cover a large portion of Soriano's remaining contract in a trade, and despite no clear landing spot, it's likely he finishes 2013 somewhere else.
