The Tampa Bay Rays apparently have a back-of-the-rotation spot to fill following a report from Marc Topkin of the Tampa Bay Times that right-hander Jeremy Hellickson had arthroscopic surgery on his right elbow last week and expected to miss the first six-to-eight weeks of the season.
