Montana adding transfers
By Nic Reiner
Montana, coming off a season in which they went 19-1 in Big Sky play and advanced to their second consecutive NCAA tournament, is now making moves in transfer circles.
Definitively, the Grizzlies signed John "Chris" Kemp, a Baltimore native who arrives from West Texas College in Snyder, Texas where he played his first two years of college. He averaged 7.2 points and 6.6 minutes per game as a sophomore.
Additionally, it appears that Washington transfer Martin Breunig, who saw little playing time in two seasons with the Huskies, will also be heading to Missoula.
Breunig originally signed with Maryland but was released from his LOI after Gary Williams resigned. He has great bounce but was largely unable to guard Pac-12 power forwards. He'll likely play the 4 position at Montana.
Kemp can play next season, but Breunig won't be eligible to play in games until 2014-15.
