Howard's confidence rising

It has been a difficult junior season for Pe'Shon Howard. The guard is taking just 10 percent of Maryland's shots, and his shooting percentages -- 30.6 percent from within the arc, true shooting percentage of only 41.8 percent (per Ken Pomeroy) -- have made it difficult for coach Mark Turgeon to play Howard more than a handful of minutes. As Turgeon stated recently, "[Howard's] role is limited."
