There’s nothing more entertaining than watching game-winning buckets in the NCAA tournament. Some players live for the big moments, while others shy away from those situations.

As we get ready to take in the madness of the first full day of games, we give you a dozen guys who we’d want with the game on the line and the clock running down. It begins with a no-brainer.

1. Doug McDermott, Creighton Bluejays

This one isn’t even debatable. You want a bucket, whether it’s early or late -- go to McBuckets. Creighton’s senior can score from everywhere on the court, and he’s become a guy who loves to have the ball in his hands with the game on the line.

2. Russ Smith, Louisville Cardinals

"Russdiculous" can get his shot off just about whenever he wants because of his quickness and unorthodox game, and one of his best traits is that he’s fearless and can forget about the last play.
