Huskies impress three-star LB

Washington has one outside linebacker committed to its current class. It's very likely the Huskies will add a second on national signing day.

Three-star recruit Keishawn Bierria (Harbor City, Calif./Narbonne) visited Seattle this weekend, and he left as a Washington lean.

"What stood out most to me on the trip was the chemistry I have with some of the players and other recruits besides (high school teammate and Washington commit) Troy Williams," Bierria told Adam Gorney of Rivals.com. "Also how highly the business major is ranked which is important because I'm interested in majoring in business."

Oregon State is Washington's primary competition for Bierria.

"They were probably my second offer when I came into high school and they constantly hit me up every time they get a chance," Bierria said. "They visit me a lot and it felt great being around those coaches."

But Bierria couldn't help but speak well of Washington after his recent trip:

"'It was great,” Bierria said. “I really liked the campus. I loved the dorms. The people in Seattle were really nice.'"
