Camp Tour: Keep eye on Owings, Pollock

SCOTTSDALE, Ariz. -- Spring training lineups tend to get a bit overrated, because there’s no guarantee the same arrangement continues into April. But managers are creatures of habit. They hit their power guys in the Nos. 3 and 4 spots.

So when I got to beautiful Salt River Fields for a Monday night spring game in which Arizona Diamondbacks future ace Archie Bradley was the obvious and worthwhile draw, my attention was somehow diverted to the name of rookie shortstop Chris Owings in the trusted No. 3 hole.
