Bits: Doug Fister impressive in return

Detroit Tigers right-hander Doug Fister came off the disabled list Monday and tossed seven shutout innings at Seattle. Fister, who missed a month with a strained muscle in his side, permitted four hits and no walks, throwing only 73 pitches. Fister won't duplicate his 2011 performance, when he boasted a 1.79 ERA for the Tigers, but he's available in 17 percent of ESPN leagues and should be closer to 100 percent owned.
