Box Score Bits: Lee, Reyes heating up

• Chicago Cubs first baseman Derrek Lee homered, doubled and knocked in all of his team's runs in a 3-0 win against the Los Angeles Dodgers on Tuesday. Lee raised his batting average to .231, still well below career numbers, but hopefully this is a positive harbinger. It's worth noting that historically Lee's best batting average month is June (.317).
• New York Mets shortstop Jose Reyes appears to be rounding into form, as he delivered three hits and scored three runs in Tuesday's win against the Philadelphia Phillies. It was his fourth multihit outing in five games, and the second time this season Reyes had stolen multiple bases in one game.
