Box Score Bits: Jurrjens strong in return

&#8226 Atlanta Braves right-hander Jair Jurrjens made a successful return from the disabled list Wednesday, allowing one run in five innings and striking out six to earn his first victory. This is a pitcher with a career 3.38 ERA, and he's still available in more than half of ESPN's standard leagues.

&#8226 Seattle Mariners outfielder Michael Saunders hit two of his team's four home runs in Yankee Stadium on Wednesday, giving him seven on the season in 106 at-bats, a strong rate. Of course, the 23-year-old isn't taking walks, isn't stealing bases and isn't likely to hit for a high batting average, but he is flashing power.
