Chicago White Sox outfielder Carlos Quentin heads into the All-Star break with three multi-home run games in the past week, including Sunday's pair against the Kansas City Royals. Quentin has 19 home runs and 61 RBIs for the season. Thanks in part to his recent hot streak, 14 of the home runs and 35 of the RBIs have come since June 1, in the past 33 games.

Meanwhile, Chicago Cubs staff ace Carlos Silva -- hey, the numbers don't lie -- suffered his worst outing of the season Sunday night in Los Angeles, giving up six runs while retiring only four hitters. Call it a bad night for Silva, who also was ejected; he hadn't allowed more than three runs in a start since May 7.
