What’s new? Well, the 2013 Miami Dolphins nearly qualified for the postseason despite the ugly bullying scandal involving key offensive linemen, so not only did they need time to move on from that, but rebuilding the line was paramount. It appears the Dolphins did a nice job adding depth and upgrading potential starters there, but the proof will be in whether quarterback Ryan Tannehill gets more time to throw, and if the No. 26-ranked rushing offense improves. RB Knowshon Moreno was signed after his big year with Peyton Manning in Denver, but Moreno isn't even guaranteed to start. Running this new offense is bright OC Bill Lazor, formerly of Chip Kelly’s offense, and you bet he’ll aim to make a boring, predictable offense into something exciting and tricky. Does he have the personnel to do so?
