LSU head coach Johnny Jones has his first big-time commitment after power forward Jordan Mickey (Dallas, Texas/Prime Prep) committed to the Tigers over offers from SMU, Oklahoma State and Ohio State.
Mickey, the No. 45 player in the ESPN 100, learned about Jones during the coach’s time at North Texas.
"The fact that he brought a down in the dumps UNT program to a winning [team] in the last five years, that says a lot about him," Mickey said.
