AUBURN, Wash. -- David Ajamu (Shelton, Wash./Shelton) already is counting down the days until he can put on a Washington uniform.
“I can’t wait to go up there in July and meet everybody,” he said. “It’s going to be great.”
The 6-foot-5, 231-pound tight end put on a high school uniform for the final time last week, playing for Team Washington in the Tanoa Bowl. Even though Washington lost to Utah, 38-20, he said it was a good experience.
