McShay: Marqise Lee No. 2 underclassman

The Scouts Inc. crew has broken down the tape and come up with a list of the 25 best underclassmen (true sophomores, redshirt freshmen and true freshmen). It is based on their skills as college players, not on NFL projection.
Not surprisingly, USC's Marqise Lee checks in near the top of the list. The dynamic wide receiver is behind only South Carolina DE Jadeveon Clowney.
