Blair Angulo/WeAreSC.comAll-American WR Sebastian LaRue, a USC commit, helped his team clinch its second consecutive league title on Friday.
It was a nostalgic experience for LaRue, who grew up in Inglewood before spending his freshman and sophomore years at Orange (Calif.) Lutheran, a private school located some 40 miles to the southeast. Running up and down the same field he used to roam as a youngster was exhilarating.

“It was pretty exciting being back at that field,” the 5-foot-11, 185-pound LaRue said. “It’s where we used to play when we were younger. I played against a lot of guys I knew back then. It’s where it all started. I have all the memories from Pop Warner football and now I have some from high school. It was special.”
