Here are this week’s top five high school football games featuring USC recruits:
Louisville (Ky.) Trinity at Indianapolis Cathedral: Lucas Oil Stadium, the home of the Indianapolis Colts, will be the setting for this one. USC defensive end commit Jason Hatcher of Trinity (4-0) -- the No. 3 team in the ESPN 25 power rankings -- will have the opportunity to showcase his talents on national television. The game will be broadcast by ESPN2 at 5:30 p.m. PT.
San Diego Cathedral Catholic at Murrieta (Calif.) Vista Murrieta: Despite not getting many opportunities on offense last week, USC safety commit Su'a Cravens found a way to make an impact in a blowout victory against fellow Inland Empire power Redlands (Calif.) East Valley and Trojans commit Kylie Fitts. Cravens was targeted only three times, but he made two receptions (both for touchdowns) in the first quarter of the Vista Murrieta (3-0) rout. Rolling into town this week is Cathedral (2-1), a team that has beaten traditional San Diego power La Mesa Helix. The game will be broadcast locally by Prime Ticket on Friday at 7:30 p.m.
