A Texas commit’s prolific senior season has come to an unexpected early end.
Houston Cypress Falls four-star receiver Jacorey Warrick will miss the remainder of his season after suffering a torn meniscus in his right knee. The injury occurred during Cy Falls’ 37-35 loss to Houston Langham Creek on Thursday night.
“I think it happened on a cut,” Warrick said. “I felt something pop in the second quarter, but I just played through it. It kind of came back, so I got it checked out on Friday and got an MRI.”
