Oklahoma offered him a few days ago and then today Texas did too.
“I was down in the coaches’ office and Coach [Mack] Brown called,” Collins said. “He just told me that I had been offered by Texas. It is real exciting and a very good accomplishment to know that someone like Texas wants you to come play for them.”
