The Texas quarterback commit from Whitewright, Texas, has developed a strong relationship with Ricky Seals-Jones through their time playing AAU basketball and during the recruiting process this spring.
So when Swoopes got word that Seals-Jones was decommitting from Texas on Tuesday, he had to admit the move caught him off-guard.
