The writing is on the wall.
Class of 2015 quarterback Jarrett Stidham (Stephenville, Texas/Stephenville) is surely headed to Baylor given he already has a Bears offer and Baylor head coach Art Briles was once the head coach in Stephenville, right?
Well, not exactly. Stidham is also considering Texas Tech, which has offered him, and really any school that chooses to show an interest in him.
That includes the Longhorns, which sent co-offensive coordinator Major Applewhite to watch Stidham throw last week. Not bad for a quarterback who was mainly a receiver in 2012 and who only threw three times as a backup to Texas State signee Tyler Jones.
HornsNation caught up with Stidham, who is 6-foot-3, 183 pounds, to discuss how his recruitment is going and if the Bears are indeed the prohibitive favorite for his commitment. He is attending Texas' camp on June 2.
