Texas coaches say freshman quarterback Shane Buechele can make all the throws. They weren't lying.
The frontrunner to win the Longhorns' starting QB job this fall took his talents to a lake over the Memorial Day weekend and put his arm to the test, throwing a go route to a buddy on a jet ski.
It was as well thrown as it gets. And because we're all a sucker for theses kinds of feats, Buechele got some quality viral buzz for it over the weekend.
Buechele wasn't the only Big 12 quarterback practicing the art of the jet-ski pass this weekend. Oklahoma State's Mason Rudolph tried to take it to another level: He added a diving board flea-flicker.
Meanwhile, Buechele's fellow Texas freshman Collin Johnson is at the beach getting ready to catch those passes. Check out this athleticism from the 6-foot-6 wideout.
