Each week moving forward, GigEmNation will take a look at some of the top performances from Texas A&M 2013 commits on the field from the previous weekend's action. Here's a glance at some of the best performances from the weekend of Oct. 11-13:
Kohl Stewart, Houston St. Pius X: The quarterback led his team to a 41-0 win over Beaumont (Texas) Kelly Catholic on Friday by completing 15-of-24 passes for 324 yards and four touchdowns with just one interception. He also scored a touchdown on the ground in the win, accounting for 341 of the Panthers' 431 offensive yards.
Laquvionte Gonzalez, Cedar Hill (Texas) High School: The versatile athlete, who plays running back and receiver, had a hand in 297 offensive yards in the Longhorns' 55-37 win over Grand Prairie (Texas) South Grand Prairie on Friday. Gonzalez had 14 carries for 103 yards and two touchdowns in the running game, caught five passes for 94 yards and a touchdown receiving and completed a pass for 52 yards.
Quincy Adeboyejo, Cedar Hill (Texas) High School: As has been customary this year, Adeboyejo and Gonzalez have been a one-two punch and they were again on Friday. In the win over South Grand Prairie, Adeboyejo caught seven passes for 103 yards and three touchdowns.
Brett Wade, Kennedale (Texas) High School: The linebacker had three interceptions, including one returned for a 41-yard touchdown, in the Wildcats' 48-17 win over Springtown (Texas) High School.
Kenny Hill, Southlake (Texas) Carroll: The quarterback led the Dragons to a 63-7 win over Richland (Texas) High School by accounting for six touchdowns. Hill was 14-of-20 passing for 277 yards and two touchdowns and ran for 127 yards and four touchdowns on five carries.
James White, Pearland (Texas) Dawson: The running back compiled a whopping 255 rushing yards and a touchdown on 27 carries in the Eagles' 41-14 win over Baytown (Texas) Goose Creek Memorial.
