This week's subject is Felix Manus-Schell, a 2014 cornerback out of Erie (Pa.) Cathedral Prep who counts Penn State as his top school. Manus-Schell shut down three-star wideout Brian Lemelle in the semifinals and grabbed the game-sealing interception in the state title game.
