Delvon Randall curled up in Beaver Stadium's stands, watching his breath evaporate during a chilly Saturday afternoon. He looked to the field, and the more he saw, the more he felt a strange sense of deja vu.

From those metal bleachers, the 2014 safety saw Penn State's defensive backs mix up coverages. Sometimes the safeties would sprint to the line and tackle a tailback; other times, the corners would backpedal and trail Wisconsin's wideouts like a shadow.

"Honestly, they remind me a lot of us," Randall said, referring to his Monroeville (Pa.) Gateway team. "They're physical, they know how to make a tackle and, from what I've seen, the corners got good coverage and play the way we do.
