With restrictions hampering the Penn State program through the next few seasons, the Nittany Lions' staff has to look far and wide to find prospects who will fit the program -- prospects who might be overlooked by other BCS schools.

Tampa (Fla.) Plant running back Wesley Bullock has proved quite productive in his two years as a starter for the Panthers. The 5-foot-6, 155-pound senior had more than 1,700 yards from scrimmage as a junior and has more than 300 yards rushing and receiving through four games as a senior.
