ESPN's No.-1 rated passer, Christian Hackenberg, has been inundated with recruiting letters and pleas from coaches since his sophomore season. He could've gone anywhere -- the SEC, Pac-12, Big 12, Big Ten -- but he chose Penn State.

Throughout the sanctions, his loyalty to the Blue and White has never wavered. His Twitter bio already reads "Nittany Lion for Life," and even Nick Saban couldn't convince him otherwise.

Chris Jones, ESPN's back-page columnist, takes a look at just why the high school quarterback can't wait to sign with PSU.
