An in-state battle could be brewing over 2014 wide receiver K.J. Williams (Bethlehem, Pa./Liberty), but it seems as if Pitt currently has the edge.



Penn State hasn't give up on the wideout. Bill O'Brien sent Williams a handwritten letter after he impressed the staff during a summer camp, and secondary coach John Butler has driven to his high school several times already.
