Despite four decommitments and crippling sanctions, Penn State's 2013 recruiting class is still holding strong at No. 24 in ESPN's newest recruiting rankings.

Michigan leads the Big Ten with the No. 3 spot, and Ohio State is right behind at No. 5.

Three ESPN 300 prospects highlight the Nittany Lions' class, with quarterback Christian Hackenberg (Fork Union, Va./Fork Union) headlining it.
