National signing day is just around the corner on Feb. 6. That day, a number of the nation’s top football recruits will announce their college destinations and 18 ESPN 300 prospects are scheduled to do so on ESPNU.

Below is the full schedule of announcements on ESPNU, which kicks off with the nation’s No. 1 overall prospect, Robert Nkemdiche, making his long-awaited decision at 7:30 a.m. ET.

ESPN 150 wide receiver Jordan Cunningham (Davie, Fla./University School) will be taking advantage of his team’s bye week to take an official visit to Stanford.

The Cardinal have been considered one of the favorites for the 6-foot-2, 175-pound senior for several months.

Buckeyes offer Moore; Bain in limbo

Three-star linebacker Skai Moore (Davie, Fla./University School) was offered Tuesday night by Ohio State and will take an official visit to the school Oct. 20, according to University School coach Roger Harriott.

The offer was extended after a conversation between Moore and Ohio State assistant Stan Drayton.

“Ohio State has been interested recently and they offered Skai last night,” Harriott said. “They have already set up the official visit for the Purdue game.”

Midwest week 1 top performers

It was a busy weekend covering games, and after close to 900 miles of travel, two states and six football games, it is time to reflect on what I saw.

I made it to Massillon (Ohio) Washington vs. Akron (Ohio) Buchtel on Thursday; Cleveland Heights vs. Toledo St. John’s on Friday; Detroit Martin Luther King vs. Southfield (Mich.) and Detroit Cass Tech vs. Brother Rice (Bloomfield, Mich.) on Thursday; and ended it with University School (Fla.) vs. Trotwood-Madison (Ohio) and Cincinnati Moeller vs. Baltimore Gilman on Sunday.

I tried to pick one top performer from each team, but it would have been unfair to do that for some of thee teams and players. But here is who impressed me the most this past weekend:

video Taylor Decker was a Notre Dame commit, then came to the Buckeyes when offensive line coach Ed Warinner accepted a position under Urban Meyer.

Orlando Brown Jr. (Duluth, Ga./Peachtree Ridge) made a trip up to Columbus to meet with Warinner in the summer.

While he missed the opportunity to rub elbows with the co-offensive coordinator and offensive line coach, Brown said he hoped to make a trip back to Ohio.
