Buckeyes offer juco offensive tackle
By Brad Bournival
Ohio State continues to be proactive at the offensive tackle position in regards to the recruiting class of 2014.
Offer No. 20 to an offensive tackle went out Wednesday and it came in the form of big junior college Jermaine Eluemunor (Rockaway, N.J./Lackawanna College).
Eluemunor is an interesting case as he moved from London, England, in 2009 where he was a soccer and rugby star.
Though he’s still a bit raw, the 6-foot-5, 300-pound Eluemunor is a star in the trenches and he considers the offer from the Buckeyes among one of his best as he has already lined up an official visit for Nov. 22 when the Buckeyes entertain Indiana.
"The offer means a lot to me because Ohio State is a very prestigious program," Eluemunor said.
Eluemunor has offers from East Carolina, Florida State, Ohio State, Texas A&M, Texas Tech and UCLA as well as interest from Akron.
"As a player, I'm really aggressive and I work hard to get things done to be successful," Eluemunor said. "As a person, I'm really laid back. I like to joke around with my team and I'm real outgoing. But I do know when I can joke around and when i have to be serious."
