OSU's rough-and-tumble recruiting week

Trying to keep up this week with Ohio State’s recruitment was a 24-hour-a-day job as the Buckeyes looked to wrap up the 2013 class, while keeping an eye on the future.
On Sunday, Ohio State target James Clark talked about his official visit to Clemson and said he’s likely not coming to Ohio State and then changed his mind a bit.
ESPN 300 offensive guard Cameron Hunt gave the Buckeyes an idea of where he sits in the recruitment race.
In a week that turned into one filled with offers, sophomore phenom George Campbell picked up the latest one from the Buckeyes.
On Saturday, Oregon commit Darren Carrington Jr. talked about the sudden interest schools are showing him, while Friday, safety John Bonney nabbed an offer from the Buckeyes.
Thursday, Oregon commits Tyree and Tyrell Robinson planned Ohio State visits after picking up offers from the Buckeyes the day before.
It was also a huge day for offers as ESPN Watch List defensive end Solomon Thomas, Glenville safety Erick Smith and athlete Kiy Hester were presented with offers from the Buckeyes.
The biggest news of the day came when ESPN 150 athlete and Oregon commit Dontre Wilson scheduled an official visit with the Buckeyes despite the fact the Ducks new coach is a familiar face. He picked up an Ohio State offer earlier in the week.
Four-star wide receiver Devin Lauderdale also scheduled an official visit.
On Tuesday, Cornelius Elder, who was on an Ohio State official visit the weekend before, broke down his final schools,
Later in the week, the ESPN 300 running back said he’d take an official visit to Georgia Tech and named UCLA and Ohio State his leaders, while 1,100-yard tight end and Watch List junior Nic Weishar nabbed an Ohio State offer.
The biggest news came from Vonn Bell, who talked about his three finalists and gave a timeline for when he’ll make his decision.
ESPN Watch List wide receiver Drake Harris re-opened his recruitment, but stayed committed to Michigan State after Ohio State gave him an offer on Monday.
Monday started with ESPN Watch List junior Dante Booker and Ohio State commit Marcelys Jones weighing in on their unofficial visits to Columbus and the mother of Corey Smith clued Buckeyes fans in on the junior college standout's official visit as well.
Cleveland St. Ignatius standout Kyle Berger gave his thoughts on his unofficial visit as well and talked about his plan for committing.
Priester and Clark kicked off the crazy recruiting week by picking up offers from the Buckeyes.
