Head out to La Mirada, Calif., and it is hard not to notice the latest junior wide receiver with an Ohio State offer.

He’s the 6-foot-5, 210-pound Matador with the numbers to match his large frame.

The Buckeyes became the first major college program to offer Dallis Todd, joining Eastern Washington and New Mexico State.
