Ohio State is picky about offering quarterbacks from the Class of 2014. It has only sent one out to Deshaun Watson (Gainesville, Fa./Gainesville). That has been well documented.

The Buckeyes would likely take a commitment from Texas pledge Jerrod Heard (Denton, Texas/John H. Guyer), should he decide to reopen his recruitment.

Here are the other six quarterbacks Ohio State is looking at right now. It should be noted, the Buckeyes want to see these juniors throw live -- whether in a camp or on the school’s campus -- before offering.

1. Caleb Henderson (Burke, Va./Lake Braddock)

Offers: Boston College, Illinois, Maryland, Miami (Fla.), Michigan State, North Carolina, Purdue, Virginia, Virginia Tech
