Marcelys Jones (Cleveland/Glenville) has seen Ohio State fans at their best. At least, the 6-foot-4, 325-pound offensive tackle thought he had.

On hand with teammates Christopher Worley and Marshon Lattimore -- all have Ohio State offers -- the junior was amazed by what he saw in the Buckeyes’ 63-38 win over Nebraska. The three had been there before, taking in the season opener against Miami (Ohio), but what happened Saturday blew him away.

“That atmosphere at the Miami game wasn’t that intense,” Jones said. “For Nebraska, it was really intense. “The crowd and the coaches were great. You could tell there wasn’t panic [early] when they were down. Coach [Urban] Meyer gave them a chance to redeem themselves.”
