Ohio State basketball coach Thad Matta got the bulldog he was looking for Tuesday.

In picking up their second ESPN 100 commitment, the Buckeyes proved they were more than a football destination when shooting guard Kameron Williams (Baltimore/ Mount St. Joseph’s) committed to Ohio State. Small forward Marc Loving (Toledo, Ohio/St. John’s) is the other 2013 commit for the Buckeyes.

What Williams brings is attitude and a lot of it. The 6-foot-3, 170-pound shooting guard has never backed down from a challenge. For that matter, he never saw a bucket he didn’t try to fill, as he backed up a sophomore season when he averaged 19.0 points per game by scoring 18.0 per game as a junior while pulling down 4.0 rebounds.
