One of California's top quarterbacks in the 2014 class has yet to receive any offers, but it isn't for a lack of talent. After making up the credits he was unable to earn as a freshman, QB Manny Wilkins (Novato, Calif./San Marin) is awaiting the results of his SAT so he can be in the clear on the academic side of things.
